2. Exceptions to the shipping time commitment:
  • Pre-ordered products and customized products: The shipping time is subject to the indication on the product details page and is not restricted by the 24-hour shipping commitment. IV. Freight Standards

3. Handling of abnormal receipt:

VI. Instructions on Delayed Shipping and Compensation
